We'll review your inquiry and respond within one business day. We'll discuss your requirements and assess whether you have (or can arrange) connectivity to Qupra DC where our routers are located.
We'll discuss your bandwidth requirements and provide technical specifications for connecting to our router at Qupra DC. We'll recommend dark fiber providers or data center cross-connect options if needed.
We'll provide a quote including monthly service fees, router port configuration, and SLA terms. You arrange your own fiber connectivity to Qupra DC separately. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Once your fiber arrives at Qupra DC and is cross-connected to our router, we activate your service within 1 business day. We provide testing and configuration support.
